WorldConnect Group places Latin American students into top universities in Kazán, Russia. We shipped a Next.js 16 landing that loads fast on mobile in Quito and Lima, ranks for high-intent Spanish queries across eight LatAm countries, and routes interested students into WhatsApp the same hour they discover the brand.

A small consultancy with a great story and zero digital presence: a Russian-trained Latin American team helping students from eight LatAm countries get into KFU and KNRTU-KAI. The founders were converting in person but losing every prospect that searched in Spanish — agency sites looked colder, ranked higher, and pushed students into PDF forms instead of conversations.
We treated the landing as the trust artefact, not the conversion form. Real founder photos, real university names, real student stories — paired with technical SEO work most boutique sites skip: full Schema.org graph, hreflang for Spanish-speaking regions, and a WhatsApp-first contact pattern that matches how LatAm students actually message strangers about big decisions.
“TechSprout understood our audience in a way no agency had before. The site reads like one of us made it — and the inbound from Latin America started the week we launched.”
Interviewed the founder in Kazán, mapped the student journey from Ecuador / Perú / Colombia to first class, audited keyword opportunity in Spanish.
Positioning around "asesoría latina, no agencia fría." Locked the funnel: search → landing → WhatsApp consultation.
Visual system in warm cream + Russian deep blue. Editorial typography (Fraunces + Manrope) to feel premium without losing approachability.
Next.js 16 + React 19 + Tailwind v4 implementation. Heavy structured data, full a11y pass, sub-second LCP on mid-tier Android.
Soft launch to a private cohort, then opened indexing. Tuned hreflang and FAQPage markup based on first week of search console signals.
